Returns and Exchanges Policy

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all parts and tags intact.

Soles must be clean and free of any traces of use.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused, and exchanges or refunds may not be granted.

Guidelines for Trying Items
To ensure items remain eligible for return:

Try shoes indoors on a smooth, clean surface, such as a carpet or rug, to avoid soiling or damaging the soles.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the shoes have not been worn or damaged. Please include the following in your return request:

A photo of the parcel with the delivery label
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days. Submit the following with your return request:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Exchange Options

Exchanges are available for the same model in a different size, heel height, or sole.

To exchange for a different model or heel type (e.g., stiletto, thick, flared), please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.

Note: "Ready to ship" items are only eligible for refunds, not exchanges.
Shipping and Timelines

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges follow the same production, shipping, and delivery times as a standard "customizable" order.

Upon completion of the exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation with a unique order number.
Final Note
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined. All cases are subject to our final decision.
